JOB DESCRIPTIONS (Brief Summary)

The District Manager is responsible for the management of a network of Dunkin’ stroes; this includes management of operations and all staff. The District Manager supports all aspects of the management process provided by The Waldwin Group, and its subsidiaries to ensure the consistency of short and long term goals. Day-to-Day operations includes adherence to retail operations, standards, policies and guidelines while building culture based on the company’s established core values. District managers work with a team to build traffic and increase profits while meeting budget requirements and overseeing excellence in service and standards.

The Store Manager oversees and manages all operations in a specific store to execute retail excellence and oversee the day to day operations of standards, sales and growth. The store manager focus is on ensuring our team provides to our customers the highest level of service possible and working towards established goals to increase growth and maintain cost. Managers works daily to ensure the company’s mission “providing the freshest product to our customers and to create a positive experience in a warm and friendly environment”.

The Shift Supervisor is an hourly non-management position. Shift Supervisors are in a leadership role and are responsible for ensuring standards, attainment of our mission, excellence in customer service, reinforcement of core values, and more. Shift Supervisors provide leadership during a shift in addition to regular responsibilities of a crew member. The Shift Supervisor reports directly to the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager and is responsible for working as a team to provide the best service to our customers.

Sales Associates provide excellence in customer service with guided training and development. Our associates are a valued members of our team. We offer part time and full time employment including overnight and early morning shifts. Sales associates are the first point of contact with our customers and should enjoy the experience of providing quality product combined with excellent service. Committed and loyal associates are often promoted to a shift supervisor which may ultimately lead to a career in management.

The Production Associate is critical to the creation and distribution of Dunkin’ bakery product. They work early evening and overnight to bake, finish and prepare our product in the bakery facility to be delivered by our drivers daily to Dunkin’ Stores.

Delivery Drivers are key to the distribution process. They arrive at 1:00 am to load the truck and deliver daily fresh product to our Dunkin’ stores. Our drivers are required to comply with all state and federal laws and work with the team to meet deadlines. Drivers are required to provide a good driving record and a DOT.
